"Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible. "

"House was very nice with alot of character we enjoyed eating outside by the kitchen and sitting on the deck. The house was a little hard to find the host was good sending us some pictures to help find the location. We were thankful for ac in the bedrooms. The walk to the ferries is about 15 to 20 minutes downhill and more uphill coming back to the house. There is a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. "

"Great appartement in a charming small village (Perledo) above Varenna.Super clean, comfortable, excellent beds, the appartment looks brand new and you feel it home very quickly. The owner provides a lot of information before the arrival and was very reactive as we had a couple of questions during the stay. The only issue we had was the 4h time limit for the parking nearby which prevents you from letting the car the whole day (and parking in Varenna is very difficult during summertime)...Access...

Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel welcoming (especially arriving to ice in the freezer). "Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...
