"Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was a plus! Fresh fruit, and a gluten-free muffin for me my husband had sausages and French toast and fruit, which was very good! The parking was safe and convenient! We would stay there again. "

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

Got there hour early room wasn't ready -- that's ok. But when returned @ 3:00 check in @ 3:15; was told it would take 1/2 hour to hour for the hot tub to heat up to temperature. "I cannot say enough about the staff. Judy and Kristen in the breakfast area were great! They made sure the breakfast items were always available and were very pleasant and friendly. Shawn on 2nd shift was great. He went out of his way to be helpful and was very kind and personable. Hotel was under renovations while we were there but we were never inconvenienced. We booked a suite and it was newly redone and beautiful. The cleaning staff did a great job as well. We will definitely return."
