"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. "The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures. Great location and great value for their price. "

"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...
