"Loved our stay here! Rooms are great and you are on the water! We enjoyed the room, views of the bay from the room, and being just across the street from the promenade. "The 3 of us stayed here for 1 night. We needed to visited a few places in town and the receptionist Rebecca was excellent and rang the taxi rank and mentioned all our destination's and made it so easy for us, we also dined in the bar and it was so tasty, room 401 was spacious and the staff. We’re so kind even at breakfast. would stay here again 100%, felt like a home from home, when back to Galway - Angela 🌻"

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Skeffington Arms in Galway. We had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, and there was air conditioning in each room. One of our rooms' air conditioning units was not working properly, and the room was a bit warm, but not bad. "Brand new Hotel. I’m used to staying in older modified hotels all across Ireland . This place is fun and modern. Meant for the business travel of girls trip . Rooftop bar is beautiful. "Lovely atmosphere in the lobby area, but would suggest a play area for children and also re-configure the changing room for women/children as flight of stairs is difficult to manage to/from the swimming pool and same also need to get through the gym area before/after swim which brings up a safety and privacy issue!"

"Easy check in, public parking up the street, and a two minute walk to the center of Galway. Delicious coffee shop next door. This is the perfect spot for a family! Be sure to book the family suite (2 bedrooms) which is a rare gem of a find! We will be back."
