"This lovely property is perfect for a short stay or exploring East Gippsland. It comes with a comprehensive set of cooking/dining utensils, bathroom products, spacious lounge and comfortable bed. It’s also 15mins drive from Bairnsdale and walking distance to the Raymond Island ferry terminal!"

"Fantastic location, out every day for a kayak on the still water. Easy access to Raymond island to see koalas and other wildlife. Absolute bliss. "

"Property was lovely and clean . 2 loos were a bonus and the dogs loved the space . It would be great for a family and friends like us. Tricky thing is reversing out on to the corner but it’s ok if you do it quickly . Perfect walk into town .. on the down side access to power points is tricky for phone charging . We bought a 1.8 metre extension chord but it was too short for convenience in the bunk room .. this room also didnt have a bedside light and the master had blown bulbs in one bedside .....

"We have stayed at this property previously and it suits our family perfectly. Pool table gets a work out, tv upstairs and downstairs is ideal. Great kitchen appliances. Recommended to any family or group looking to stay in Paynesville."

"We came to this property for one night on our way back to Melbourne with our 2 kids (5 and 1 year old), and we found it absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had 2 bedrooms and a spa room, and the kids loved the cottage and the property with all the birds and playground and so much to see. Such a great alternative to staying in a random motel room with kids. A bit out of town, which we loved, but also the Kalimna pub at the end of the street was perfect for a pub meal before tucking back...

"It’s our second time visiting this property. It offers great conditions regardless of group size. Property is clean and functional. However it is bit far from the town centre."

"Loved that the Cabin had everything that we needed during our stay we asked for an early checkin which we were provided. Only negative in our stay was that on our fridge it stated that Unit 9 had a free Wifi service but when i rang up i was told there was no free Wifi. So we had to both use our mobile phone data which we both Thankyou at the prices if similar to this time we would 100%"stay longer than this time we srayed."
