"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!"

"I had a good experience. I would book here again. The staff were very friendly, the room was good, the shower had awesome water pressure, the roof top pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Moon bay is absolute place to stay at SBMA! The upkeep of the rooms and the pool which is super clean and fabulous. The restaurant staff and housekeeping and front desk really take care of you and make you feel relaxed like your at home. Great place and I highly recommend Moon Bay to everyone!!"

"Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature."

"The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use."
