"We came to town for a funeral and we expected to just have a place to stay, but it was SO much more. What a gem! The hosts were amazing, leaving us cookies and cake pops and even leaving a sympathy card, such a kind gesture. The place was perfect for my husband and I, great bed and all the comforts of home. When we needed a quiet space to feel at home during a difficult time, this charming pool house was the perfect place! We hope to return soon! Thank you Ted and family!"

"The cabin & entire property were beyond our expectations! It was very clean, fresh-smelling, & well-stocked with paper products & kitchen essentials, including everything you would need to cook a full meal. There are both a charcoal grill, & a kettle-style grill to cook over a campfire, as well as a fire pit which is as charming as it looks in the pictures. "Excellent location! Cherokee Lake, Rose Garden, downtown, shopping, and restaurants all near by. Beautiful home on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again without hesitation. We did find a few dirty dishes in the cupboard otherwise it was perfect. There were two carpenter bees that hung around the deck, but at no time did they bother anyone!"
