Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...

"Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered...

"Breakfast, The couple two times my husband been staying at this hotel breakfast is not serve. He has noticed everytime the hotel is full they always cancel breakfast. He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel. "For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her.
