"This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again."

"This is absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, and walk to beach (we did everyday sometimes twice!). A little confusing about non refundable deposit to get entrance code at start, but small bump in road for what you get for price you pay! Thank you for one of, if not the best, places I've ever stayed, for the money!! Thank you!!!"

"It appeared the complex was undergoing repairs/renovation. There was no pool and access to the beach first night was blocked with yellow tape. The bathrooms on the first floor for beach goers to use were being renovated and were closed. Views from our 4th floor balcony were breathtaking and were consistent with picture on the site. However none of the windows opened to hear the ocean while sleeping. That info was not shared until we arrived and received the PDF instructions. :( The condo itself...

"Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT."
