Everything was great with this property. My daughter and I were looking for a place that reminded us of the classic Florida mom and pop motels. This definitely was that bud with modern amenities. It was just across the street from the beach but, it was still a hot walk in July but, that made the beach water feel even better. We're born Floridians do we have certain expectations and were both pleased with the room, property and the friendly owners.

Clean room, nice size, easy parking, close to so many things, beautiful beach access, cute, and quiet area. Very nice lady runs it. Will definitely stay again!

You have to enter a gate and find the office and call the property manager to be let into your room. Once we figured that out, the stay was amazing. The property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The beach, great bars and restaurants are all a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was very peaceful.

The onsite host, Amy, was very friendly and helpful as we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was within 2-3 blocks of restaurants, coffee, etc. All-in-all it was a very pleasant stay.

Accommodation's were very good. The difficulty was that there were boat races and redirected traffic, so accessing parking was challenging. It would help if that information - where exactly to park - was available before arrival.

Spotless room and well put together! Quaint and cutely decorated. Great outdoor space to hang out as well. Perfect location and easy check in.

This place is a hidden gem! It was super cute, clean and super close walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach access. Host communication was 100% excellent! Anytime I had a question they responded super fast. They even had 2 koozies waiting on the kitchen table with a sticker for us which was a cute touch and we appreciated it. We learned that this is a family run business and then they own the whole complex. We even got to chat with the sister-in-law Amy when we were outside the host and the sister-in-law were extremely friendly and nice. We even bonded over having the same name “Amy”! This place was a breath of fresh air! The beach also was insanely close just across the street from behind the building. We will definitely be back! If I had to say one complaint, it would be the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but other than that everything else was amazing and I highly recommend! They also had a ton of cute amenities, lots of places to sit, common area, and even a dartboard.

Love this place! Stayed here for new years. Everything was so close. Walked to the beach and bars. Staff was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again.

Hands down the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! This is an absolute gem! Our expectations were blown out of the water. My boyfriend and I booked the smallest unit, but it was MUCH larger than it looked in the photos! It was a lovely setup with a cozy livingroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, and every piece of kitchenware you could ever need. The apartment was very clean, well put together, and packed with thoughtful touches- including plenty of towels and beach towels. There is an on-site pool for about $10 extra as well as many outdoor nooks with tables and chairs to enjoy a relaxed night. Surfside Suites was also much less expensive than nearby hotels that offered only half the amenities. Check-in was extremely easy with a keypad code. But what really made our trip unforgettable was the host! She greeted us in person with such genuine warmth, let us check in HOURS early AND check out HOURS late without any additional charges. She even sent us messages during our stay to check in and ensure we were having a great time. Top tier hospitality! Prime Location! Surfsuide was just one street over from the main hustle and bustle, so you're right next to the fun (~2 min walk) while still having a quiet and peaceful sleep. The beach access was also better than the main town area! Surfside Suites is directly across the street from beach access, which is much less crowded than 1 street over.
