"The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back."

"This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit...

"Angie at the front desk was super friendly. Jamal. the parking attendant graciously helped us with an issue entering our room. The room was large, clean and well appointed. We loved the spacious lanai, as well. We will definitely be regulars in the future!"

"Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! "

"This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back."

"The PERFECT Anna Maria beach house! New, gorgeous, light-filled, immaculately clean: this house has been so thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, no detail is missed. Even better than the pictures. The vibe is luxurious but uncluttered, casual, comfortable elegance. Great views; best location on the island. The hosts are kind, attentive and easy-going. Can’t recommend it highly enough!"

"This property was great and it is a quick walk to the beach and village. The Cabana suited our family of four. We had enough space to spread out and relax. If we return to Siesta Key, we would stay here again."

"We had so much fun at our stay at AMI. There were so many beautiful beach's (not crowded) and delicious restaurants. A great place to relax and watch sunrise and sunset."

"The house is beautiful!! Plenty of room for a family, and plenty to do!The owner was readily available through messages and the phone if we had any questions. It was an easy process, and an excellent experience!!!I highly recommend this house if you just feel like hanging out, or exploring Anna Maria, it’s a beautiful location!!And don’t forget to go down the slide!!
