"I’m very serious when I say this…the location is perfect. It’s nestled between the French Quarter Promenade (Nguyen Hue walking street), and Japan Town. Both are a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, which is just across the street from the Park Hyatt. This boutique hotel is so cozy and well decorated that it’ll feel like home after exploring Saigon. The staff are incredibly helpful, and surpass many luxury brands. "

"The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this...

"全般的にとてもよかった。思った以上に洗練されており、プールがとても良く、イビサ島のホテルを少し思い出した。雨の中のプールは幻想的でとてもよかった。スタッフもプールも含めてとても素晴らしく、ホテルの価値を上げていると思う。どことは言わないが、大手ホテルよりも良い体験だった。 サウナの温度が低いこと、備え付けにコーヒーと、朝食のマシーンで出すコーヒーが美味しくなかったのことだけは少し残念。 また泊まりたい。"

"どのスタッフもとても親切で丁寧なサービスでした。充電器を忘れてしまったのですが、朝早くでもすぐに届けてくれました。帰りに空港にバタバタと向かう時も一生懸命、荷物をタクシーまで運んでくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした。 シックでステキな雰囲気のホテルでしたが、部屋に関してはタバコの匂いが残っていたり、ドアの開け閉めがしづらい点が残念でした。"

"Super Premium-Zimmer in guter Lage. Die niedrigere Zimmer-Kategorie sollte man wohl auslassen, da man ansonsten nur ein Fenster zu einem ca. 1 Meter breitem Innenhof hat, wo gegenüber das Fenster vom anderen Zimmer ist. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück super und der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Sanitäranlagen sind auch in bestem Zustand. Im großen und ganzen ein super Aufenthalt."

"朝食も良いし、お皿やカップの色合いも美しい。スタッフも丁寧で非常に良いが、一点改善要望があります。 携帯が繋がらないです。私は106に入りましたが、ベトナム現地携帯でも圏外になります。ポケットWi-Fiも圏外なのでホテルのWi-Fiしか使えなくなります。セキュリティ上会社の決まりとして会社の持ち物はWi-Fiに繋げないので非常に困りました。テザリングも出来ません。そこが改善されれば素晴らしいと思います。"

"The room was nothing like advertised online. Much older and dated. Dirty pillows that weren’t even bed pillows. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes. False advertising. "

"スタッフさんやフロントの方など皆とても親切で素晴らしかった。 アフタヌーンティーも生演奏とオープンキッチンで作ってもらい最高だった。窓なしの部屋は朝か夜か分からなくて圧迫感があったので、料金か少し高くついても窓ありの部屋の方が良いかも。立地も日本人街に近いし、すぐ近くに業務スーパーがあるので日本人が宿泊するにはとても便利だ。 ホテルの話とは違いますが、帰りのGrabタクシーを呼んだ時はスタッフさんがついて出て下さったので無事に空港に行けたが、朝お出かけにGrabを読んだら偽物のタクシーが来て、騙され乗ってしまい、怖い思いをした。ホテル前でも怪しいタクシーは来るので注意して欲しい。"

"The Apartments at JW Marriott were perfect for our stay in Ho Chi Minh. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was spacious well decorated and had a beautiful view overlooking the hotel pool and city from the balcony. We booked the apartment with breakfast included. We were blow away by the breakfast buffet that was provided at the JW Cafe. Duong in the cafe was so polite and friendly always welcoming us with a smile. Hotel staff were all so polite. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and...
