"Amazing cottage, a few steps away from M&S and Booths, and a few minutes away from the bus station - which for me makes the location perfect. Great kitchen very well furnished. Comfy living room once you find out how to operate the fake fireplace. Bed (double) is extremely comfortable, plenty of extra blankets available. The ability to control heating is a big bonus. I would definitely stay again!"

"House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,...

"Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. Cracked and rocking tiles throughout downstairs. The oven was dirty. Despite the listing stating there was wi-fi an instruction on the table stated there was not.
