The ONLY thing about this property that was worth staying for was the location. From begining to end the experience was poor. The company that runs this place kept messaging me through some weird website and I had no idea they were even trying to reach me!? They almost cancelled my reservation because I never made the very large deposit that I had no clue I had to make as I was under the impression it was included when I checked out with Expedia. This location is LOUD!! Screaming kids… all.. day.. long.. as you are next to a school. It was terrible honestly, no naps for us. The company that sent us the info to get in offered us confusing information and 2 lockbox boxe codes making us message them to verify. When we asked if there was an iron or WiFi they replied “check the guide”. The day before checkout they told us we needed to leave by 5 am, not once but twice! I said absolutely not?! My check out info says 11AM! The manager messages me and says “I guess this is became you requested that” No! I didn’t? Wow. What a joke this place was. Last but not least the cleaners came at 10:45 am to kick us out. Highly not recommend here at all. Oh and you also get 1.5 very very thin toilet paper rolls and the rest you just fund yourself.
