Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, secure building with elevator, the apartment offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay:

* The apartment is on the 1st floor, on a busy street in the 2nd arrondissement. Street noise and nightlife can be heard at night, especially at weekends, which may bother light sleepers.
* Delivery riders often gather in front of the building entrance, including in the evening. This can be noisy and may surprise guests coming back late.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol metro station, in a 95 m² (1,023 sq ft) apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
