    This accommodation is nestled on the 3rd and top floor of a former bourgeois residence. You will appreciate its old-world charm, as well as the panoramic view that this unique place offers. For a quality stay, the apartment is equipped with large beds and a meticulous decoration. You will feel at home in this apartment where everything is designed for your comfort.

    Located in a peaceful environment, just a stone's throw away from the banks of the Marne River and the town center. Enjoy the view overlooking the city and have fun observing the beam of the Eiffel Tower from the living room in the evening.

Un bel appartement où il fait bon vivre. La décoration est magnifique avec de nombreuses idées originales.La vue à partir de cet appartement quelque peu sur les hauteurs est superbe.Toutes les pièces (séjour, chambres, cuisine et salle de bain) sont grandes, lumineuses grâce aux fenêtres et bien agencées.Toutefois, un seul petit bémol est à préciser : on accède à cet appartement situé au 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble par un large escalier en colimaçon ; mais "après l'effort, le réconfort".

Fast perfekt

Wir waren das erste Mal in Paris im Urlaub und haben uns bewusst für eine Wohnung etwas außerhalb entschieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin Vanessa hatte alles für uns vorbereitet, so dass wir ankommen und genießen konnten. Einzig die Tatsache dass die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist, war etwas anstrengend mit all dem Gepäck. Ich würde die Wohnung aber jedem empfehlen und wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder an Vanessas Wohnung denken.

Charming apartment nested on top floor with views

Pros: We loved the apartment! It is very well appointed, clean and very charming with a warm retro and artsy decor style. The bedrooms and living room are very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It felt very inviting and cosy. It is walkable to downtown with access to many stores, boulangeries and farmers market. Its location on the last floor offers amazing views of the town and valley, with beautiful sunsets. It is the typical french apartment on the top floor and the pictures on the site do not give it justice. Cons: However, there is no elevator to access the apartment and this makes it challenging when carrying large heavy cases up a curved wooden staircase all the way to the 3rd floor. There is no allocated parking with this apartment so one has to park on the neighborhood streets. There is a driveway with a lift barrier but unfortunately it does not seem to apply to temporary guest. I wish guests could have car access to the driveway at least during unloading and uploading luggage. In summary, we loved the place and would used it again but if you have large heavy suitcases or strollers with young children, know that you will have to drag those through a gravel driveway and carry them up many flights of stairs.
