"We've stayed here several times without issues. Friendly and responsive staff. But the cracks are showing (literally in the elevator). Also there was a persistent, nauseating plumbing/bathroom smell. Not improved with housekeeping. We kept the bathroom door shut at all times. Sad to see this place go downhill. Can't even expect regular turndown service anymore."
