"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "

"Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean."

"When we arrived we were in the budget room ground floor behind the reception desk. We were told we could upgrade for a further €15 , they also said we could book breakfast at €8 at check-in which we declined. We went up to see the rooftop it’s very shabby and needs a paint . Work is going on at the hotel they may up grade the rooftop . It’s a very clean hotel room and reception area. But I wonder how many people get offered the 1 budget room in the whole of the hotel, hoping they get an extra...

"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."

"I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back."

"Just a superb,well run hotel. All the people from housekeeping to the front offices were just terrific! Sara at the front desk was particularly great. I liked the hotel so much I continued to book extra nights after my original 3 night booking. Stay there,it is just the best! Richard"

"We arrived quite late to check in for our room, but the check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman who was on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information about Alicante and provided us with a map with useful tips of places to eat and drink. He also informed us that we could extend our room on the last day if we needed a late checkout. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. "Prima 3 sterren hotel. De verzorging is goed, medewerkers, veel in aantal, zeer vriendelijk. Er hangt een ongedwongen en vrolijke sfeer. De zogenaamde confor kamers zijn ook echt comfortabel en modern ingericht. Het publiek is internationaal. Ligging behoorlijk centraal. Je loop zo naar het strand en het centrum. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. "
