"The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS hotel. The staff were super friendly, well organised and helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The hotel is well located with easy transport links. We would definitely be staying there again."

"Staff were useless"

"Ideal stay for 1 night. We stayed in the last week of October. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but we ate our evening meal in the bar - excellent and the service was good. We couldn’t change the aircon in the room and the public rooms / bar were chilly."

"Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great night atmosphere. Great food and drinks."

"The staff were all very friendly. And couldn't do more for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was great. We especially enjoyed Sabi House"

"Property is well situated. 2 mins from bus stops, very busy road though. Room was big, clean and staff were very helpful, giving us recommendations of where to go in Malta. Downside to the room was that there are no outside views, windows in the room are internal so no natural light. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection."

"The view from my room was wonderful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel website clearly stipulated 24hr free shuttle from the airport but it was never the case . I had to pay for private transfer. It’s misleading clients. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly as there was no pressure and the shower door was broken. I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket. The Floor was stained and not mopped well. Breakfast was minimal and on most days there was...

"The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way."

"The hotel is very basic. Staff lovely the room they gave us was too noisy we asked if we could move they gave us another room which was so much better. The bar where breakfast was served was ok however there is not much choice and you cannot deviate I.e. when I asked if I could just have toast I got a polite no. It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations."

"I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...
