"Breakfast was great! Very affordable room but very basic and small."

"I have been staying at this hotel for several weeks and several times before that while moving . It’s always been affordable and off the road like a hidden gem. Quiet . I’ve always given very good reviews but not anymore . They have lost me as a customer . I have added numerous days onto my stay while moving from out of state . They told my brother the wrong check out date . I ended up getting rebooked and ended up paying twice bc of that . Then they were calling my room at 10 pm . Just...

"The shower leak all over the floor. The toilet was stopped up the air conditioner. Fan was very loud and rattled. The pillows were flat. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice."

"Great"

"We have stayed here every year when we go to Florida. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is kept very clean. Nice breakfast. We are starting to notice some wear and tear. Our room door was difficult to open this time. The stopper in the bathroom sink wouldn’t stay open, it kept closing. "Great location in Chatt! Clean and friendly staff. Would totally recommend!"

"Floors need cleaning"

"It was clean and quiet with everything you would need close by"

"We only used it to sleep - was perfect for our need."

"The staff that checked us out was sarcastic and rude - the elevator was broken and the front lights were off so it was pitch black at the entrance. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the toilet was broken and the rude clerk refused a refund. Absolute joke of a stay."

"Efficient. Good for cost"

"Read hotel is a 10 . But I can only give a 9 at this time . Due to the fact check out is at 11 am . But at 8 am why me and my wife was asleep in bed we was startled and alerted by a young man dressed in black with a clip board. He scared us and shocked us it was embarrassing and shouldn't have even happened being check out is not till 11 am . We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and...

"Wonderful home away from home. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond. Everything was stocked and clean. The animals are friendly and loved the children."
