We would not recommend this hotel. The property is in significant disrepair and appears to lack a proper maintenance plan.
The breakfast bar food was lukewarm and not being restocked as it should have been. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, and the one on another floor was literally being held together with a string. There was also no light in the room where that ice machine was located. Furniture throughout the hotel was very worn and beat up.
Upon entering our room, the first thing we had to do was kill a roach. When we informed the front desk, we were told that maintenance could not come until the next day due to a long list of issues. We were offered another room, but chose to stay since we at least knew the one bug was dead.
One of the beds made an extremely loud noise anytime someone moved. The toilet ran constantly and seemed partially clogged. There was no plunger available, and no one could assist us. By the end of our stay, the toilet overflowed and we had to shut off the water ourselves.
Additionally, the EV chargers were not operational, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall, this property is poorly maintained and does not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or safety.
