"Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. When asked for clean towels we are told you must bring the others back before we give you others. Had to almost beg for...
