"This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like."

"The elevator on the even side is broken. The doors on the backside would not open had to walk around in the dark to get an open door. You need more handicap spaces."

"The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor.
