"This property was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I chose Country Inns and Suites based on my experience with the hotel in Grand Rapids. This was nothing like that. This property was old, felt dirty, and did not represent the Radisson brand I had come to expect. I can’t believe Radisson would attach their name to this property. Very inconsistent quality for this chain. Cut my stay short by a day because I just could not subject myself or my family to such a poor quality facility....

"The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning.
The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep."
