"Staff is super accommodating. I booked through a third party that said there was a pool on site. According to the lady who checked me in, they no longer have said pool. The beds could benefit from an upgrade, are firm, and springy. Breakfast had warm food options and there was a variety of selections."

"Chelsea and Paulo was very excellent with speaking to me about the mistake that were mad by Expedia, when I booked my stay which was supposed to be from the 18th to the 20 of July. They worked hard with me to try and correct the problem, which unfortunately I had already book the 18th at another hotel and couldn't get my money back. But they both get a 5 star from me."

"We appreciated that our guests were welcomed to use the pool with our family . Very kind indeed! I offered to purchase or pay for my niece and nephew to be allowed to swim with my son and the staff respectfully declined- welcoming all the kids . Thank you ."

"My stay at Homewood Suites was excellent! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast options each morning, and the fresh hot coffee available daily was a highlight of my stay. The pool area was much larger than I expected, and the extended hours made it easy to enjoy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel Upgraded my son and his wife to a one bedroom suite. That was a nice surprise. Room was clean but upholstery needs cleaning."

"I have stayed twice in the past and had no issues until this stay. We went there to have a nice weekend at the pool and it was closed. It re-opened the next day with no room to get in and screaming parents. The room was not clean with dirty towels, shower, dead bugs, dirty fridge and dirty coffee machine. The breakfast had no taste and Then there was a loud vibrating sound all evening in the bathroom. Not a great stay and the front desk was not very helpful. For over $200 a night, not worth it."

"Room was dusty and dirty . Lighting in the room was dark and gloomy . There was heavy dust behind the tv stand . The ac was broken and full of dust . Breakfast was the same thing every single morning not one item was changed . The house cleaning staff was okay as they came everyday . Had to ask to empty the trash etc ."

"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."
