"Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! "

"We stayed at this house for a quick getaway after the July 4th weekend with the family! The house itself is very nice, and the accommodations were great! The location is about 6 min away from the historic Galveston pier, as well as a couple blocks away from the beach, so it made it the perfect spot for a quick stop at the beach/ pier with family. "

"The best feature of this vacation home is easily the backyard. Part of our group preferred fishing, and the other half preferred the pool. It worked out perfectly that we could all do what we wanted and still feel like we were together.The pool is perfect for adults and children as it slopes from 2-5 feet deep. My 4-year-old niece could easily stand in the shallow end. Our group caught many fish off the pier. Each side of the backyard is bordered by thick vegetation, so it feels very private....
