"House was a little bigger than expected. The rooms and space was perfect to celebrate my mother’s 73rd Birthday which perfectly accommodated our family of 12. The pool was a plus for the kids/teens. And a huge plus was also it being dog friendly, as we couldn’t leave our fur baby behind. The only three suggestions I would make would be the bed in the upstairs king bedroom was a little squeaky, it could use an update. "Location: We loved that the house is away from the crowds and in a gated community. The kids were able to run around without worry of traffic. Views of the big bridge and the bay are gorgeous. It’s no more than 10mins from beach access and stores like dollar general and gas stations. House: It fit our 4 families great (total of 15, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 4-13)! Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath by common area. There are tvs in every bedroom and beds and couches are good....
