"This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in a very long time. The water pressure in the shower is great. The bed was comfortable. We were woken up at 4am by the kids in the room next to us. The walls are pretty thin. The pool was enjoyable. We actually canceled our stay at a different hotel and extended our stay here. The location is convenient to highways and walkable to Applebee’s, Wendy’s, and Starbucks."

"Overall experience was okay, my biggest concern or complaint was that there was no shower gel or lotion. I had to provide my own. Luckily there were nearby stores to buy those things. But I couldn’t believe the hotel was completely out. I thought it wasn’t in my room because staff forgot, only to go downstairs to be told there wasn’t any. I was offered shampoo. That’s something I’ve never used to shower. Other than that everything else was fine."

I didn’t love the smell of the room. Not smoky, just didn’t like the smell of the cleanser. It was too strong. Other than that it was a perfect day."

"We booked the best suite in the hotel—a lake-view room. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling tiles were damaged. The AC was extremely loud, like a helicopter landing each time it started. The bedsheets and pillows smelled moldy. Thankfully it was just one night, but I won’t stay in Lakeland again. "At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The security cards failed all the time for the outside doors and worked 90 to 95 percent on the rooms. The breakfast was a joke! All they had was granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee. The bathroom door would not shut properly and the air conditioner vents woke us up when the AC shut off."
