"We booked 2 rooms over a month in advance and neither were ready upon check-in after a 15 hour drive. The front desk clerk said we can clean the rooms and make the beds ourselves for a discount, umm... no. Had to wait almost an hour for him to care for the room while I and 3 separate groups of guests had to wait. Horrible. Breakfast is overpriced for what's offered and no it's not continental even though it's the same quality of food. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"Our beds were hard as rocks so we barely slept any. I was also missing a pillow, and they were out of extras. The pool is small, was super dirty (very cloudy, beer cans and crawfish pieces at the bottom that we stepped on to find). Breakfast was good with a lot of options."

"We arrived after a 13 hour drive and we were exhausted but the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice and check in was a breeze!! We chose this hotel so we could bring our dog and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere! The room was great too! Free popcorn, coffee and water at all times in the lobby. Games to play, work out area, a great selection of snacks and drinks you could purchase too! Also the staff was available through text message to keep it convenient. Thank you for...

"It’s an ok place to stay just passing through and needing a bed and a shower. Outlets didn’t work in the room. A little run down and old but staff were friendly and nothing too terrible."

"didn't stay . booked room before getting to Hattiesburg because all the main hotels where booked . got to hotel it is rough looking and looked at a room it was nasty. it is a bad area .didn't stay ; told them to cancel my reservation and left ."
