"Check in was busy but staff was efficient. Our tv did not work. They sent a housekeeper right away. She was able to tell a cable was missing. She called and we got a new room right away. Unfortunately the wing the room was in smelled like stale smoke from the hall into the room. We bought Lysol to cover it up and told them at checkout. Breakfast was good and nicely maintained by the staff individual. Overall a nice stay."

"The room was clean and mostly fine but didn't have an ice bucket, although there was an ice machine on the same floor. The room didn't have a coffee pot or microwave, although at least there was coffee in the lobby. The fridge was small and didn't have a freezer (we use ice packs in our cooler). The shower plumbing was loose and trying to turn the water knob meant the whole pipe in the wall was rocking. Breakfast was just okay. No hot items like eggs, potatoes, meats. No waffle or pancake...
