I’d stayed in so many hotels across China, this one definitely stood out as one that went above and beyond in little ways that mattered—extra bottles of water, midnight snacks, free drinks, even provided free disposable facial wipes (first time seeing this). Very pleasantly surprised."

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. "No freezer .Not friendly for insulin storage. It is normal that in China hotels do not provide service of storage of ice packs for medical use, but it is not normal for Sheraton. The last day we left , Staff activated one key for three times and we lost time on it and we nearly missed the train."
