"It was a great location to walk and see Venice. Our greeter was lovely and used Google translator comfortably. Our room was very lovely and with it recently renovated top to bottom! Such a lovely Venetian building! We would definitely stay here again on our future adventure to Venice!"

"The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. Anne was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, some hot food and selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh squeezed juices. Amenities: robes, slippers and goid toiletries. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

"The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"

"Cute room in a convenient location. Staff was kind and very helpful, including arranging our transport from the Cruise Terminal to Hotel. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast with eggs, pastry assortment, coffee, etc. Staff also gave good guidance on how to take the Alilaguna public transport to the airport."
