"BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. "Definately not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 star. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is set on lovely grounds with plenty of parking but unfortunately the hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of some investent, room had dirty carpets and air con didnt work but was provided a fan stuck on oscilate. Wouldn't stay again unless improvements were made that being said location is excellent for getting to and frome wembley stadium in decent time."
