"The reception staff were somewhat indifferent and not very friendly. We had a loft room which for space was good however the staircase was very steep with narrow stairs. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of pool and hallway noise. Our room was clean and King bed comfortable. Did not like putting our garbage and towels outside the door in the morning. Convenient for restaurants. Property grounds felt tropical which was fun."

"This hotel was the perfect stay for my needs. Great rate, ideal location, clean, VERY comfortable bed and pillows, staff was outstanding. I did not eat breakfast but a friend did and thought it was great. I will definitely stay here again."

"Good price for the room"

"Remodeling but did not affect our stay at all. Staff was extremely nice."

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"The first room I requested....even called twice before going...wasn't what I expected. The staff moved us to room witha very bad mildew problem. I couldn't get the staff to understand the health concerns that mildew poses."

"Clean Simple Excellent"

"Todo perfecto"

"The Resort and the rooms were very clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very relaxing stay."

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

"Location is great! Beautiful beach location and so much to do in the area. The Tiki Bar was fun during the day and later after dinner for live music. Rooms are a little dated but clean. We had our dog and found the property and beach very dog friendly. Would definitely go back."

"It was a good location and walkable to coligny plaza where there were a multitude of restaurants and shopping. It was also walkable to the beach. The breakfast was good."
