"This was truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I could live with the fact the room was on the 4th floor, up loads of stairs and had no air conditioning so felt like being slow cooked the whole time I was in there. However, there was no toilett or shower, and the shared amenities were dirty and disgusting. However the QR code system to get in everywhere is very annoying and at the end of the day it’s a hostel with the same flaws all hostels have (smelly, unclean, unloved). It was however only £70 for a night in central London… beggars can’t be choosers I guess!"

"My stay at the Kensington Hideaway made my trip to England a complete success. Stay were always so warm and welcoming and remembered me. Breakfast was always amazing and their food menu as well. Truly made me feel so at home from thousands of miles away! When I come back to London this is 100% where I am staying again, and did I mention air conditioning? They have it!!"

"Our room was lovely and clean. There was an extra rollaway bed in the room which we didn't ask for which took up the space below the window making access difficult. The king bed was very comfortable.
Loved the breakfast, plenty if choices.
Concierge were extremely helpful in getting a taxi when our booked taxi didn't turn up.
We had a lovely stay, we would definitely stay again."
