"Beware - Valet fee listed as optional is mandatory and the hotel just responds to this in reviews saying guests are clueless and "missed the fee" or that you're "not paying for valet, you're paying for the parking space!" I hope someone takes them to small claims over the false advertising. Beds are as hard as a rock. Pillows go as flat as paper just from looking at them. "Arrived at the hotel around 11:00pm give or take. Checked it, that process was smooth. Figured I’d go and order food at the onsite restaurant. Placed the order at 11:16pm didn’t get my food until 11:50pm about 8 people came in after me and got their food before me. The lady working gave my food away multiple times hence why I waited for so long. Then I was told I’d have to buy bottled water from the front desk and I was not able to get water out of the gun from the bar.. whatever just very odd...
