"I loved my stay at lancaster hotel as always and so did my mum during her visit on my graduation day!!! The location is very convenient as it’s peaceful and very safe with 24/7 security help available. The lancaster restaurant itself is very good too! Loved their mushroom soup and garlic bread :)"

"There is no staff on site that I could tell. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer and when I called to request one, no one was available to bring it until after 9am which was after I left for the day. Ants in the room were a problem too. The condition of the floors and walls in general have not been kept up."

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."
