"You know when you go into the nursing home and you get hit in the face with that “nursing home smell“. That’s what you get here. My husband and I went for a fun little getaway vacation and stopped at this hotel. Talk about taking the romance right out of it with that smell. "Okay for the "nostalgia" feel- for one night. Breakfast was plain/carbohydrate city. Small area to eat in. Rooms were small but adequate. Two employees had poor water pressure in their rooms. Mine was fine. Parking is tight, especially if you have a pickup truck. Room to room sound was okay, but you could hear out in the parking area cars/voices, etc. Staff was okay."

"We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...
