"It was a great stay overall"

"Room was clean enough. everything worked ok. there was no place to plug in my phone next to the bed. I had to move the bed to find an outlet. One way street to enter and exit the parking lot, not ideal. No outside trash cans, so people were putting their trash on the walkway right outside the rooms. the price was right though so I might stay here again sometime to save money."

"I booked this hotel because it was close to Disneyland and had my whole weekend planned, but this experience made everything worse. We saw multiple cockroaches in the room, and the staff were no help. Upon arrival, I also saw a man smoking a cigarette near our room despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. The room was disgusting, the service was disappointing, and it was absolutely not worth the money. I would NOT recommend staying here."

"The manager is a terrible person who is racist and xenophobic, is very rude and disrespectful with me and my minor children"

"Rooms pretty bad conditions, smell a lot of cigarette, whole night people scream or fight each other when we try to get our room someone else was inside already not a good place to stay"

"My stay was very nice, room is clean and staff is friendly."

"I didn't like front desk never answered my phone calls. WIFI inconsistent and I HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET A TV SIGNAL. I will never stay there again. No microwave! I called ahead of time and was told there was one, I wasted money on a frozen, microwave meal, I couldn't heat up."

"Room was not as advertised on Hotels.com. The room should have been rented out by the hour, it had satin bed spreads with dirty satin pillows. The wall decorations were stenciled painted with butterflies, gummie bears and chandeliers. There was also mirrors in the shape of butterflies on the walls. Oh did I mention that the room was pink? We couldn't even stay there we left after 10 minutes and went to the Courtyard Marriott and had a great night's sleep."

"Very convenient to the knott's berry farm park, just minutes away walk. Staff are all very nice. Great Stay. Will highly recommend."

"Excellent customer service, clean/spacious rooms, wonderful amenities and delicious breakfast!"

"This Hotel is perfect for a quick trip to Disneyland. It is clean and the Staff are helpful. It is a very short walk to Downtown Disney and the Parks the only downside is if you are looking for a pool and additional amenities this does not have much of that"

"First off the advertisement is not as is said..the breakfast is poor for a high-end hotel. The wristband situation..they give you a wristband to use the pool and have breakfast but if you loose it they wanna charge you 50 for replacement..which is not in their contract or in their hotel policy..very shady..check in time is at 3pm and check out at 11qm..what's up w that your loosing a lot of time staying here honestly there's better hotels on the area for what this place offers..and the pool you...
