"Horrible staff and place"

"I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...

"My granddaughter got glass in her foot around the pool. My son slipped on the steps in the pool as they were so slick. The couch in the rooms must have been 50 years old, faded and worn and sagged. The floor in the hall on the 3rd floor were in terrible condition"

"Honestly was not expecting a clean quiet hotel, was greeted with amazing hospitality, a fully renovated hotel and comfortable place to rest. For the money you will not find a better value and experience."

"The room was so incredibly dirty that we had to go get a room at a different hotel. I have photos of the absolute FILTH!! The room smelled to awful that we became nauseous. I e had to borrow money from a family member to pay for the second hotel room. There was absolutely NO WAY that we or anyone would have been able to stay in that room."

"Our stay was great. Super comfortable beds and great lounging space. The only negative was the lack of direct connection to the rest of the area. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants and shops; however, there was not an easy or clearly marked way to walk there. We had to walk along the entry drive and avoid cars at night."

"The price really reflect the conditions! The Carpet on the halls looks miserable and it should be clean at least one annually. I don’t like the fact there’s no microwave and not coffee maker in the room. Considering the fact the hotel, it’s a brand of Hilton. It should reflect the Hilton quality and conditions. The staff was very professional and excellent. I can’t say anyone negative about them."
