"Clean room staff breakfast"

"No reception. No response from the support no. Given after I reached there to realise that it’s unwelcoming property. I didn’t stay at property. Need refund of my money. Not worth spending this amount since you have better options available "

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

"Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly."

"The breakfast was delicious. Staff was constantly restocking. The front desk agent was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool was a bit dirty and had small things floating in it but the kids had a great time swimming! Could hear everything though the door in the room. With it was more sound proof. But the room was very clean. Excellent setup. Wonderful amenities. Will stay again."

"Clean and comfortable"

"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"Wonderful setting; hosts Joe and Bill are fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The grounds charmed us and are wonderfully kept. The only issue is that the room we had needs a deep cleaning. Tons of dust on the overhead frame of the bed as well as large amounts of dust bunnies on parts of the ceiling and walls. However the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the Inn as a great place to stay."

"Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Rooms were clean, pool was over crowded and too warm during a heat wave. Pool deck was dirty and pool bathrooms were disgusting. They should have been kept up with the amount of people there. There was no toilet paper and soap at one point. Food was okay, staff were nice. I feel for price of stay facility up keep should have been better. Also everyone needs to note if booking through a third party you will not be given hotel parking which is included if booking directly through hotel. I booked...
