The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. "This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area but also in walking distance of a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the fridge door would no open without taking the cabinet door off. "
