"Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. "Construction work did limit the parking for guests that arrived late night. I parked outside in their overspill lot and had no problems. I did appreciate the email sent by Sean that told me in advance. I would stay here again. convenience to transportation and varied restaurants was great. We were on top floor, 8th and all was good."
