"The room I was assigned when I checked in was dirty so the staff had to move me into a new room. During the middle of the night someone used a keycard and opened the door to my room. The next morning my keycard no longer worked for my room when I tried to go back to my room after breakfast. The staff informed me that it was never updated in the system that they switched my room so they had attempted to give it to someone else. Overall it was a terrible experience.
