"Lovely hotel - looks like it has been recently been renovated. Rooms were spacious and modern but with a Greek feel! We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and only a short walk to the bus terminal and port plus restaurants and shops. our balcony had a great view of Skopelos town as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! Location was perfectly central, delicious brunch was just steps away and the town centre was a few minutes out. I hope that we return to...

"Stayed two nights june 24-26, we enjoyed this place and would stay again. Its a bit out of the way and a car is required although there are regular bus stops at the front gate. Had a well manicured garden and nice pool. A rocky beach is about a 3 minute walk. The room was clean, had all the amenities we expected and the bed was comfortable. They have two breakfasts, a light continental and a buffet. The continental was enough for us."

The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the hotel. That said, the property itself is well kept and beautiful but the hotel rooms feels quite outdated. "We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rene. We arrived much later than planned but were welcomed so graciously and even made some food. The rooms, with fantastic air conditioning, and grounds were spotless because they were cleaned every day. ALL staff were friendly and approachable. Sunbeds, swimming and restaurant area were all well maintained. Beach and town centre all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."
