"Fantastic setting, with stunning sea views! The hotel had character, with good attention to detail, and mature well kept grounds with some beautiful planting. All the staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. A particular shout out to Apostolia who organised our transfers, and car hire, friendly, helpful, and seemed to really enjoy her job. "It has lovely views over the nearby bay and coast Line. It’s a shame it’s on such a steep hill and doesn’t have a proper bar after 8 pm The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok with a varied menu. Skiathos town is lovely rabbit warren alleys with plenty of bars and restaurants. "

"Fantastic hotel with great staff, breakfast was always a pleasure with ample selections and different menu every day. Management and staff were always professional and friendly with any assistance that guest’s required. The rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was done every second day. Location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to the town as you passed 4 different restaurants along the seafront. We highly recommend this amazing and peaceful hotel. "Overall, a very good stay in a lovely hotel with amazing staff and lovely views. Pro's; Very cheap hotel and what is on offer greatly outweighs the price. "Lovely hotel, well maintained. We had a family room with private pool which gave us lots of space. Views stunning. Breakfast delicious and varied. Very close to the bus route to the town and beaches. Down side would be lack of pavements down to the shops but road was pretty quiet. Loads of restaurant options near by. Very easy as gratefully the locals spoke fluent English!"

"Siamo stati benissimo, lo staff molto gentile, il signor Leo parla benissimo italiano ed è stato davvero disponibile, ci ha accontentato in tutto. Ci hanno preso e riportato dall’aereoporto. Ottima colazione, molto vasta sia il dolce che il salato. Pulizie ottime e camera spaziosa. Inoltre ci hanno lasciato ogni giorno un sacchetto con dei panini per il pranzo. Consigliamo questa struttura!!"

"It's a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient position. Excellent breakfasts friendly staff. Disappointed that they couldn't accommodate our request to keep our room when our ferry was cancelled. Also there were ants in our room."

"Somnia is in an ideal location. Close to harbour , the town, supermarkets, airport. We had a one bedroom apartment, it was cleaned daily with fresh linen every 3 days & regular towel changes. It has a nice pool with comfortable sun beds. Breakfast & lunch can be purchased at pool bar. The staff are very friendly & very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. "
