"the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from."

"The room was great and when we had an issue with the AC they fixed it fast. Beautiful Oceanfront property! Great location. It was just very difficult to find the check in front desk as it was down the road. They need better signage. The balcony was large and beautiful. Bed was very comfy! "

"The hotel was amazing. Walking distance to a Publix grocery store and a liquor store for those who like to imbibe. it is a hotel that is child friendly so be aware of that if you stay there. I think the hotel should provide nicer towels. If you go on the beach and you get a little bit of sunburn and you get in the shower these are like little scrubby towels they’re not soft and fluffy like they should be. "Five stars isnt enough. From arrival to leaving, best in every way. Rooms are huge, full size kitchen, plenty of drawers, large family would love this. Large murphy bed for kids. "The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon.
