"Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!"

"The room appearance was horrible. -there was no bath towel/ only one light in the room/ missing iron/ no save deposit box/no were to put the clothes/ Roaches crawling around/ no trash cans and no utensils in kitchen, and there was no telephone to communicate with front desk and the television was not working properly.Noticed trash including cigarette but on stairs and common areas leading to the room..!"

"This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here."
