"The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)"

"Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. "Fantastic place to stay. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful."

"I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled ."

"Staff were great.. most places closed on Thursday and Friday…stayed two nights….rooms not serviced, no facecloth, no dishcloth, shower door wouldn’t open outwards only inwards..bit difficult turning taps on…would be better to stay Saturday and Sunday when everything’s open"

"Great hotel!"

"Was very impressed with the hotel and customer service i wouldn’t recommend breakfast as"

"Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar."

"We booked our first night away leaving our 7 month old baby - The Beachcomber was amazing. The facilities, pool and rooms are lovely. The location is just the ultimate for relaxation and it was also really easy to have the pub/restaurant on site as well. We would love to come back."

"Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks"

"Just a easy and amazing place to stay, very affordable and great location"

"All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !"

"We received a room upgrade which was fantastic, The unit was a great size. Everything that you would need for a weekend was there in your unit. The pool area could be a bit upgraded to some bbqs and more tables as there is a lot of space in the pool area. The parking was great aswell. We were very well looked after and very happy with Nesuto Apartments!"
