Ocean view was terrific from the 8th floor. Room was clean, and we cared for. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. The restaurant and outdoor area were great, except when it got to windy for us. The food offerings were very good, well prepared and priced right- not expensive. Live music ...

Extended Stay America Premier Suites Melbourne I95
Room linens were all old. Missing conditioner. Water pressure for the shower was lowest. Beds were smelling a bit. AC was set at 64 and it was too cold. Breakfast was a joke. Not fruits at 7:30am. It was pretty bad for the price. I would ask for a refund.

Very nice hotel. Great value. Very good breakfast selections. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable throughout the property. Will definitely stay there again!
