"Pros: Nice, clean, great service and friendly staff. Clean room, toilet separate from shower area so one can still use the toilet if another is showering. Central to all the shopping and street food in Naha. Pretty close to monorail. All taxis know of this hotel. Breakfast buffet with various Japanese/American type food options. Cons: no laundry room on site, they offer laundry services to be sent away and cleaned, pretty pricey as they charge per clothing piece. I opted not to do laundry here...

"Amazing experience. The condo was lovely and the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were so helpful and kind. The property is within easy walking distance of food, the monorail, the beautiful Fukushuen Gardens and the beach. They even allowed us to use a room for our baby to sleep after we had checked out so that we could wait for the taxi service to the airport. The taxi service was complimentary as well. I cannot recommend Coral Gate highly enough - if I could give them 10 stars,...

"旅行の予定が急遽変更になり、ギリギリで予約しました。お部屋は静かで、ミスト状になるシャワーがとても気持ち良かったです。がシャワー扉開けるたびに、トイレの蓋が自動で上がってしまう為　ちょっと不快でした。　チェックインの際、スタッフの態度が接客不向き不親切で残念。お部屋は静かでしたが、カーペットに大きな汚れがあるのや、スーツケースを乗せる台やイスが無かったのが残念でした。"

"Overall, a very nice hotel with welcoming entrance & lounge. The interior is biophilic, with plenty of natural materials like jute, wood and plants. Easy check in, nice staff. Everything is good until you arrive at the room. We booked two beds-double room as it was their only option when booking and like any other Japanese rooms we have stayed in, the room is tiny. "This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, it was great. The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia. Better yet, book directly through the hotel or a different booking agency. "
